1. How do we pay for your services?

All services are waiver eligible and payable through the Home and Community Based Waiver Program. Funding is accessed through Medical Assistance or PMAP programs. Our most often accepted waivers include Community Alternatives for Disabled Individuals (CADI), Community Alternative Care (CAC), Brain Injury (BI), Development Disability (DD), Elderly Waiver (EW), and Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS). We also accept private payments.

2. What type of training does your staff receive?

Extensive training is a prerequisite for all of our staff, most of whom have already had significant experience and education in our field prior to joining our team. Our training focus areas include mental illness signs and symptoms, vulnerable adults, resident rights, brain injury, crisis intervention, behavior modification, and first aid. Our qualified IHS Specialist and Behavior Technicians meet 245D requirements and are equipped to provide person-centered solutions to meet each individuals needs.
